Summary0000769: Obstacles block incorrect tiles
DescriptionBlockmaps for obstacles are broken - blocked tiles of notable number of obstacles need to be shifted one tile left or one tile right.

Direction somehow depends on the row - blocked tiles on odd and even rows may behave differently.

I guess they're mistakely placed as if they were two hex monsters.
or general shifting haven't been applied
