Summary0000694: Spell Book: Next Page subtitle + box still active on last page
DescriptionOn the last page, the Next Page box should be disabled (no subtitle, and upper-right spell box should be clickable in its entirety) > as a tweak to the fix done for 0000527.

Also, when 0000693 is implemented, the Previous Page subtitle + box should be disabled as well on the first page of the Spell Book.
