Summary0000374: H3 allowed multiple capitols if built from Map Editor, VCMI doesn't
DescriptionThis restriction was introduced following a report in the 0.72 thread I believe. But I was surprised to discover that in both H3C and WoG, if I give a player more Capitols from Map Editor, he gets to keep them at game start. I'm not sure if this was intended by NWC, but as long as it worked like that in H3, perhaps we should keep it as such in VCMI (it would provide the map makers more possibilities if we keep it as in H3).

I think it would be fine if Capitols were not destroyed at game start, but only when town with another Capitol is conquered.
