Summary

0000321: CTRL + NumPad keys do not scroll the map

Description

CTRL + 2, 4, 8, 6 -> should scroll on the x/y axes (same as CTRL + Arrow Keys)

CTRL + 1, 7, 9, 3 -> should scroll on the diagonal axes

CTRL + 5 -> no functionality in H3 (if we want, we can make it to center on the selected item: hero or town).

Additional Information

Maybe we can make this work also behind open windows, same as CTRL + Arrow keys can work now.
