0000258: Some icons are still missing subtitles in the Hero screen and Hero exchange screen

Description

In both Hero screen and Hero Exchange screen:

- View Primary Skills Info

- View Special Ability Info

Only in Hero Exchange screen:

- Hero Name/Class when we hover over the portrait

- View Experience Info

- View Spell Points Info

+ View Primary Skills Info should be displayed in this screen also when we hover over the values each hero has

(I think that should be all, but I'll update the report if I find any other subtitle missing for these screens)
