Summary0000141: AI moved next to my creature (hex down-behind) but did not attack, even though there was no risk of retaliation.
DescriptionAI moved next to my creature (hex down-behind) but did not attack, even though there was no risk of retaliation and my creature was not a shooter (to somehow justify why else they moved there).

I was unable to reproduce it (2nd & 3rd time AI attacked from that direction), but here are the steps that led to (so far) the only occurrence:
- In the map attached to report 0000139, I attacked Isra with Septienna
- I used Wait on Dread Knight and moved my Wraith close to the enemy
- The enemy Wraiths surrounded her and attacked, except for the Wraith which moved in the hex down-behind, which moved there but did nothing

EDIT: I've had this reoccurring in 0.8b, but again I couldn't reproduce it afterwards. I'll try to monitor this from now on. Perhaps it's Mechanics after all and not AI.

EDIT2: I've had it again so I added screenshot (ignore the overlap, that's 0000468). Perhaps it's not that difficult to reproduce after all. It seems that if the enemy sets target on one of our creatures which is more than 1 turn away, it's like they set path towards that creature, but if we move in their way, they don't adapt to the situation and continue their path, getting blocked for that turn in front of our creature.

r1910 brought a new battle AI, still very, very basic but the issue described here should be gone.
