0001156: Precision and Bloodlust are not displayed in creature window spell effects

Description

This may be cuased by their unique bonus "effectRange", namely ONLY_DISTANCE_FIGHT and ONLY_MELEE_FIGHT.
Maybe it's possible to get rid of this field altogether.
