Summary0001054: AI won't build towns beyond certain level
DescriptionAfter some games and many months on medium-rich random maps I'm pretty sure that:
In Castle, only upgraded Halbardiers, basic archers & swordsmen are built
In Dungeon, only upgraded Troglodytes, harpies and basic Evil Eyes are built
In Tower, only upgraded Gremlins, basic Gargoyles and Stone Golems

For other towns more dwellings are built, but they always cap at certain level.

Maybe AI doesn't have enough resources for this? For example all gold was spent on creatures or AI does not have captured mines to get enough rare resources. I don't think that AI will use market to build in towns.

Can you upload save after this "certain level" was reached?

Here you go, have a look.

I'm pretty sure that first AI implemntation had built everything by month 6.

It is just me or it takes around 20 seconds for AI turn to start?
Client processing "FowChange" message for far too long

And it is definitely not resources problem - 100+ of all resources and 600k gold.

Actually it is server generates that pack for too long. Fixed.

And found AI bug too. Building prerequisites include already built buildings so AI thinks that it will take too long to built new buildings.
This is true for all buildings except basic ones.

Committed, rev 2845.

Can't test this a lot - AI is endlessly trying to visit banks but first turn works - AI builds something in every town.
