0000306: The In-Game Console messages are doubled
First only the message itself is displayed, followed by another line with the text "Player 0 sends a message:..." followed by the same text (see screenshot).

the first is that you written something in console
the second is the message send to all players and thus showing that it work
however i think commands and cheatcodes should be muted at public

I think rest should be as is or do another place for "chain sent" message (the first of the two)

Priority changed to low as it's more of a feature, however ideally would be to implement a better mechanism depending on the type of commands/communication the player wants to use, e.g.:
- write to all (without the sender)
- write to allies
- write to foes
- just ping back etc.
