Summary	0000196: Scrolling through backpack updates the artifact icons, but not their description.
Description	To reproduce, load VCMI_Tests attached to report 0000183, scroll through Ivor's backpack, then hover over the artifacts. You'll see that we still have the descriptions of the 5 artifacts that were there when we opened the hero screen.
