Uhm, sorry, but they are nowhere near favorable winds. Attached screenshot.

The bug is that attacking creatures on that coordinates starts a battle with background with text "Favorable Winds" on it.

(Macron showed interest in fixing this bug)

Accepted. It still doesn't exaplain, however, where does this weird image come from.
