Heroes aren't limited to the heroes max level of the campaign/ map. Normally you can't gain more experience and a message will be shown.

Technically not a campaigns feature - this is field of map and *may* be used in single scenario maps.

This one works well, but when reaching max level, the message should be shown after choosing upgradeable skills, and not before.

Not sure if this can be fixed easily - from what I remember message can be displayed either before levelup dialog or after *first* dialog.

Will recheck this but if I won't find any way to fix this then I'll mark this as "won't fix"
